Yes. ConsciousAwakening.TV adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. Connect your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable. This will enable you to watch videos from our site on your TV.
Which browsers are supported?
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, but we also support Firefox and Safari browsers released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may also experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
Does Conscious Awakening TV have an app?
Not yet, but soon! We are planning to launch an app sometime in 2022 to enable streaming on Android and iOS devices, with Roku and Amazon Fire TV also planned for the future.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. Click the Reset Password link In the instruction email, and you will be directed to enter a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information as needed.
How do I cancel my membership?
We would be sad to see you go, but our content does not resonate with you, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund Conscious Awakening TV membership costs, digital goods and/or online courses.
